This beautiful Victorian pine antique chest of drawers circa 1870 has a rectangular moulded top with rounded corners and two over three graduating drawers with glass handles. The antique chest of drawers stands on a plain plinth, has a shrinkage crack down one side consistent with age and use, giving great character and authenticity and a stencilled ebonised edge. The antique chest of drawers is a light golden pine colour with a Striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
