Victorian Mahogany Antique Writing Table / Side Table.
This is a classic Victorian mahogany antique writing table / side table dating from around 1860. It has a moulded raised back above a rectangular moulded top below which sit two mahogany lined drawers with moulded edges and turned handles (all very slightly different but not obviously so). It stands on four beautifully carved legs and is a warm light mahogany with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
