Striking Victorian Figured Walnut Antique Oval Dining Table.
This antique Victorian oval dining table / breakfast table with tilt top is made from beautifully figured walnut, is an exceptionally striking piece and dates from around 1870. It has an oval moulded top made from the most stunningly figured walnut which tilts on its original brass mechanism. It stands on an ornate lobed pedestal and has four beautifully scrolled legs with white porcelain castors. It is a gorgeous golden figured walnut with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
