Description / Expertise

A late 19th Century gilt ormolu cartel clock in the Louis XV style, having a convex enamel dial, ornate pierced hands with bevel edge glass. The 8 day pendulum movement strikes the hours and halves on a bell and is stamped Japy Frere.
