An early writing desk made by Emile Galle in 1890-1895. Signed Emile Galle Nancy. In the beginning Galle added Nancy. Later when he was famous he signed, just Galle, because people knew he was located in Nancy. These early pieces are rare and hard to find. I find them beautiful and very interesting.
