This beautiful antique Victorian walnut inlaid pier cabinet ca 1860 has a rectangular top above a beautifully inlaid moulded shaped frieze. The antique cabinet has a central glazed door, key; working lock and beautiful brass ormolu mounts. The interior has one removable shelf, original velvet lining and the piece stands on shaped bracket feet, is a rich medium walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
