A small, early Victorian bracket clock, having a figured mahogany veneered case with acanthus scrolls and a low arch top. The 5" diameter dial has a cast brass bezel with a bevel edge glass.It has an 8 day timepiece fusee movement The dial is signed Gatward Hitchin listed as a maker 1828-1851
