A large silver plated carriage clock, having embossed decorative panels and matching acanthus capped pillars with a top handle. The cast dial has individual enamel numeral markers and a beaded bezel with a bevelled edge glass. The 8 day tic-tac pendulum movement strikes the hours and halves on a bell. made by Japy Frere c.1890
